Empty nest first led Christine Collier to freelance writing. She especially enjoys writing for children, which now includes her nine grandchildren, poetry, mystery, and all types of anthology books. Many of her life adventures are published in anthologies. New Zealand publisher, The Patchwork Raven’s recent illustrated bedtime anthology, shares her tale for tired tykes. Excerpts from her chapter books have been used for school testing and assessment in several states. Her children book titles are, Adventures on Apple Orchard Road, That Recycling Kid, Twelve Months of Mystery, and The Birthday Robot. Her four book cozy mystery series, The Writer’s Club, includes Mystery is our Shadow, Christmas at Cliffhanger Inn, and Something Borrowed, Something Blue.
